都不是。Carelyon 是信息和导航工具，帮你找到医院、弄清流程、准备材料。预约和治疗由医院负责，签证担保由正式登记的机构负责。Neither. Carelyon is an information and navigation tool that helps you find hospitals, understand the process and prepare documents. Hospitals handle booking and treatment; registered agencies handle visa guarantees.
医院信息从哪里来？Where does the hospital information come from?
来自 JMIP（外国人患者接受医疗机构认证）和 JIH（Japan International Hospitals）的官方名单，以及各医院官网。每条结果都附来源链接，方便你自己核对。From the official JMIP (foreign-patient accreditation) and JIH (Japan International Hospitals) lists, and each hospital's own website. Every result links to its source so you can check it yourself.
去日本看病大概要多少钱？How much does treatment in Japan cost?
差别很大。短期来日的患者通常全额自费，很多医院按日本本国价格的约 2 倍收费；重症住院可能达到数百万日元，体检和门诊则少得多。唯一可靠的数字是医院的书面概算，我们会帮你去要。It varies widely. Short-term visitors usually pay in full, often at about twice the domestic rate; a serious inpatient stay can reach several million yen, while checkups and outpatient care cost far less. The only reliable figure is the hospital's written estimate, and we help you request it.
一定要办医疗签证吗？Do I need a medical visa?
不一定。要看国籍和停留时间。很多免签国家的短期就诊不需要；需要长期或多次治疗时，才用医疗滞在签证，并需要登记的身元保证机构。Not always. It depends on your nationality and length of stay. Many visa-exempt travellers don't need one for short treatment; longer or repeated treatment uses the Medical Stay visa with a registered guarantor.
我的健康信息安全吗？Is my health information safe?
